Everything was good, just the room was a little small and the bed a little hard, but all in all acceptable. Location excellent! Pick up service good and as expensive as taxi.
Breakfast is the real minus - ham and cheese are not worth eating... No elevator, 3 floors! Staff is too young and unexprerienced - did not know how to turn back the lights on, but other than that very helpful and well educated.

Wonderful bathroom and shower! The room wasn't big but done very well and beautifully. Nice touch with the bathrobes and sleepers. Very nice staff - the girls at the desk and the manager, welcoming and ready to answer any question, gave good tips about the city and local restaurants.
I loved having the breakfast in the room, and although it stated to be continental breakfast and was fair, I did expect more, considering the great room and general vibe- and price- some fresh fruits and vegetables would be nice for example :)

Decoration is beautiful. It is a charming place. Personel is extremely nice and helpful, they are a bunch of young ladies who will do anything to make your stay pleasant. But the hotel was not what I expected... At least I was not lucky with the room. Be careful if you are traveling alone.
I had booked a double de luxe but I got a single room no luxe at all. Only when I complained I was told there was not another room and that they would make a discount... No choice, I had to stay in the single room which was nice but still not what I wanted, no tube, for example, the shower didn't drain. You cannot stop the air conditioning system,.. Bad for my eyes. The mattress was hard and you could feel the springs, I had to complain and the lady there was so nice as to put two duvets to make the bed more comfortable. I suppose it is much profitable for the hotel to give a single room to an individual and reserve the doubles for couples, but then they shouldn't give the possibility of a double room/single use at the reservation page. I didn't like the breakfast, since they only serve a little cup of coffee and I love to repeat coffee in the mornings. The rest, cereals and yogurt was good for me. They charge you for a second coffee with is unbelievable. I would recommend the hotel to couples with not much sensitivity to hard beds and without coffee addiction.
